The Karma theory says that what you do comes back to you. Delhiites did wonderful Karma by voting for AAP and they are now reaping the benefits of their action. Already they have the benefits of free water and electricity at half the rates.

Now most of the govt officials in Delhi are scared to ask for bribes. The Inspector Raj and Raid Raj of government officials have come down. The direct tax collection in Delhi has gone up by 38%, people are happy paying taxes over there because they know that the money would be used for their own benefit. Partition of India- everyone lost, nobody gained

In 1947 it was the greed of one selfish man who provoked uneducated Indian people into violence. The violence before the partition,on Direct Action Day, saw hundreds of thousands across the nation killed, and when the partition happened millions were butchered.

In Punjab they say trains used to come from Lahore with only dead bodies and trains with lots of dead bodies used to go to Pakistan. One example of that was athlete Milkha Singh's family when 14 of his family members were mercilessly butchered in communal violence as we have seen in the movie "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag".

Even many years after partition both nations are still paying the price of the selfishness of one man. The 1965 Indo-Pak war saw thousands of soldiers of both countries killed. In 1971, East Pakistan that mostly comprised of the Bengali populace wanted freedom from West Pakistan. The soldiers from West Pakistan mercilessly killed and murdered 3 million people regardless of their religion, they also raped 2,00,000 women. Again in that war India had to step in and help free Bangladesh but at the cost of lives of thousands of Indian soldiers. Pakistan also lost lots of its soldiers.

This did not stop here Pakistan started supporting and training terrorists, this terrorists infiltrated the state on Jammu and Kashmir in India and killed thousands till date. In 1999 there was another battle in Kargil where many terrorists and some Indian soldiers were killed. The policy of supporting cross border terrorism backfired on Pakistan and today thousands of Pakistanis have lost their lives to terrorists attacks.

The most popular sport in Pakistan like India is cricket. In 2008 there was an attack on the Sri Lankan team bus when it was going to the stadium, some of the Sri Lankan players were injured. It was the presence of mind and the courage of the bus-driver who kept driving in spite of the flurry of bullets that saved the Sri Lankan players on that day. The security guards provided by Pakistan for the security of Sri Lankan team ran away when the terrorist attack happened.

After this incident there was not a single international cricket match played in Pakistan till 2015. In 2015 a lower ranked Zimbabwe team visited Pakistan and even in this series a suicide bomber exploded herself outside the stadium where the match was being played between the two teams. The pre match security reports saw ICC neither supporting the match nor sending its own officials to the match venue.

Pakistan is a failed state in which the military calls the shots and in a military state they always need to have an enemy which they have found in India. Pakistan goes to UN crying hoax about Kashmir, but fails every time in its evil plan. Pakistan was the nation that supported and gave shelter to Osama Bin Laden, a military official of Pakistan broke the secret to US authorities in lieu of money and he has now got protection from US as well.

Pakistan was created in 1947 under the pretext that Hindus and Muslims can't co-exist, but India that has more Muslims than Pakistan. India has shown the world that Hindus and Muslims can co-exist and that is what defines India, unity in diversity. The partition of India has been a great loss to not only India but also to the world.

If you consider the number of deaths from the time of direct action followed by partition, then the two wars followed by the holocaust in Bangladesh and then cross border terrorism followed by Kargil war; the number of deaths must have been between 5 to 6 million and add to that hundreds and thousands of rapes that occurred.

During partition people from both sides of the border left their property and belongings, and moved across the other side of the border, where they had to restart their lives. Consider the amount of mental trauma those millions of people had to go through. The state separated from India became a nasty military state that supported terrorism.

Today Pakistan is the global University of Terror and this terrorists are killing people across the world and have evil plans to rule the world someday. They are brainwashing youngsters into believing that God wants them to do this and if they kill people they would go to heaven where they would have the company of 16 virgins.

So considering the above facts it is clear that nothing at all was gained by anyone from the partition of India, on the contrary there have been massive losses till date, in terms of lives and property. The only person that gained from the partition of Indian was Mohammed Ali Jinnah who became the first President of Pakistan. As it turned out he ended up becoming the father of global terrorism.

Education Loan by AAP Government vs Crony Corporate doles of Central Government

The AAP government in Delhi has taken an excellent decision  that students of Delhi who pass out class 12 and get admission in a collage can avail a loan of up to Rs 10 lakh without any collateral , Delhi Government will act as the guarantor. After passing out of collage and after getting a job the student can payback the loan in 10 to 15 years. This would be particularly helpful to the students who are from economically weaker backgrounds.

There are many intelligent and bright students who are not able to pursue higher education for want of money. This move of the Delhi government will ensure that if the student has the potential then he/she can study the subject of his/her choice. Even a poor man's son or daughter can now become a doctor, scientist or engineer if he is meritorious enough.

The central government is happy giving soft loans to neighbouring countries and subsidies to crony corporates. However the Delhi Government has taken a pro people decision that would benefit the people , in this case youngsters.

This is what we want a pro people government than a pro crony corporate government. This also shows the difference between the Kejriwal government and Modi government. Kejriwal fought the election on white money given by Indians . While Modi fought elections with money whose sources are unknown, he spent thousands of crores in his election campaigns.

Now he is paying back the people who provided him this thousands of crores by giving the subsidies, soft loans etc to a certain section of the corporate world. People who can be tagged as crony corporates .

People who still expect the proverbial acche din as promised by the Modi Government will be left in lurch. It must now be clear that everyone who voted for Modi is a a fool, who has been looted shamelessly by this government.

Anyone who has voted for Modi or BJP , even those who have voted for Congress , have done a great disservice to the nation. In Lok Sabha elections you had the opportunity to vote for AAP but you didn't , now it is time for you to face the music.

Delhi Govt to Power Companies - Pay the consumer for power outage

A few days ago the Delhi government took a decision that in case of an unannounced power outage the power companies have to compensate the users paying Rs 50 per consumer per hour for the first two hours and after that the fine is Rs 100 per hour. For the first time in the history of country any government has taken a decision to fine power companies and pay the fine directly to the consumers who are affected.

It was suspected that the power companies who's audit is being done by the CAG ,in their frustration would harass the Delhi consumers by creating power outages. The power companies were so scared of a CAG audit that they went to court stop the audit. But they were not successful.

The Delhi Government's direct tax collection has increased by 38% this year, this is far more than what is currently being given as subsidy in terms of water and power to the consumers. The small businesses have benefited from the fact that the raid raj has come to an end. Earlier they were forced to pay bribes to officers who raided their shops and businesses. The bribes used to cost much more than their tax outgo.

The proof of AAP government doing excellent work is that the centre had to use the services of Lieutanant Governer of Delhi to try and stop every good work that AAP is doing. This is a counter productive move that will destroy the image of BJP government at the center and make Kejriwal a hero.

The Center is scared of AAP government in Delhi. They are scared that if other states follow the example of Delhi, then the BJP government in those states would disappear without any trace.

The paid media might have helped the BJP to come to power. But the people of the country who are now facing the hard times given by the the central government will no longer be fooled by the media. The hardships faced by the people will make them realize the truth.

Reverse Trickle Down Theory

According to the Trickle down theory that was implemented strongly by Margaret Thatcher in Britain and Ronald Reagen in United States if big businessmen and businesses are given concessions and benefits then the resulting economic growth because of that will trickle down to the lowest strata of the society.

Time has shown that this model is fundamentally flawed and the politicians probably implemented this Trickle Down Theory in connivance with the crony corporates who helped them in election campaign by money and other means thus enabling them to become Prime Minister or President of their respective countries. In return these politicians implemented the Trickle Down Theory to make the crony corporates richer.

That's why we both in US and India the top 1% or 2% have more than 50% of the wealth while the bottom 50% are left with little or no money. In India the situation is worse the bottom 20% don't even get two square meals a day at least US the so called richest nation on earth has this system of food stamps that makes sure that no one goes hungry.

The failure of Trickle Down Theory make it imperative for a new policy to be implemented and I firmly believe that it should be something that's exactly opposite to the Trickle Down Theory. The Trickle Down Theory was a top down model that hasn't worked.

I think what would work is a bottom up economic model in which the economic benefits and concessions should target the poor the lowest strata of society. Effort must be made to make them productive by teaching them vocational skills or making it possible for them to educate themselves through zero cost or low cost subsidized education.

Each family must given some land for free to build their own house and in case of very poor people or people with disability the state must take care or their needs for food , shelter, clothing and medicines. The benefits of this Reverse Trickle Down Theory is that the economic benefits that people get makes them healthier , better educated , better informed and more productive people who can contribute more to businesses as workers or they may start some business of their own. This would ultimately result in greater purchasing power of the individual and this will benefit the existing business since they will have to procure products and services from them.

The Trickle Down Theory has failed miserably, what we want is a better world , a better global economic order where wealth is distributed more fairly. Of course a doctor will always make more money than a sweeper because of the skill and education levels of the doctor and not all can become doctors. At the same time we don't want a situation where the sweeper is living without any savings , has no access to quality education and quality medical care.

Corny Capitalism has come from the greed of a few individuals , crazy greed, since most of them are unable to use the money they make in their lifetime neither they are happier than middle class people but out of their madness the simply end up taking away the rights and resources that belong to the masses.

Mahatma Gandhi said “The world has enough for every man's needs, but not enough for every man's greed.” The words of the Mahatma are true in every sense and we need to make sure that a the greed of few individuals does not end up hurting the lives of millions.

Ram Jethmalani and CVC

First of all what is Central Vigilance Commission :- In 1964 the Government of India created this body to address the issue of corruption. Its free from governmental control , it is a autonomous entity that monitors all the vigilance activities under the Centre. It also advises different Central Government bodies in planning, executing, reviewing as well as reforming their respective vigilance work.

So it is clear that the role of CVC is of tremendous importance although its just a mere advisory body. The various government departments are free to accept or reject the advise given by them.  This institution was created to fight corruption. So the post of Central Vigilance Commissioner is of great importance.

The Central Vigilance Commissioner is appointed by the president on the basis of recommendations of a committee comprising of :

i) The Prime Minister.

ii) The Ministry of Home Affairs.

iii) The Leader of the second largest party of Lok Sabha.

Now after Modi got elected as the Prime Minister of the country the post of CVC was vacant for the last 9 months. Last week KV Chowdhry was appointed as the Central Vigilance Commissioner and this has caused a huge uproar in the top legal circles , terming KV Chowdhry not suited for the job.

One of most well known lawyers in the country and former law minister during the Vajpayee regime Mr Ram Jethmalani, who before the Lok Sabha elections was a crazy Modi supporter and went on to call him an avtaar of Hindu God Vishnu has gone public with his angry letter addressed to the Prime Minster of India.

The letter makes it clear that Mr Ram Jethmalani has lost all respect for Mr Modi, who has led down the entire nation after he became the Prime Minister. The last line of the letter reads "My diminishing respect for you ends today". This shows that even Ram Jethmalani a lawyer who commands a few lakhs for a single appearance in SC was also fooled by the Modi wave thanks to Baba Ramdev.

Another well known lawyer and PIL warrior Prashant Bhusan plans to take government to court over this. The following link has more details .  http://www.legallyindia.com/Bar-Bench-Litigation/p-bhushan-to-take-gov-t-to-court-over-shameful-cvc-appointment-as-ramjet-breaks-up-with-pm.

To end corruption one needs people with clean intentions if someone has an election campaign that is financed by crony corporates and after becoming Prime Minster works to make them rich then  how can the evil of corruption end in India.

Indian public need to vote using their brains just like the people of Delhi did in the Delhi Assembly Elections of 2015.

Idiots fooled by the promise of acche din

One year of Modi government has vindicated my stand that this man would do nothing for the country. It was plain common sense if someone is using black money from crony corporates much beyond the permissible limit of EC to campaign for elections how do you expect him to be honest.

The first years has been an year of tremendous price rise in spite of the fact that global oil prices have come down significantly. The price of essential goods have soared sky high. There has been no reduction in corruption levels at all.

Modi promised to bring back black money in 100 days of taking office. However it has been around 350 days and not a single step is taken in that direction. There is no difference between the previous government and the present government both are two sides of the same coin.

The idiots who voted for Modi ended up doing great harm to the nation. The media is completely sold out and is showing false news glorifying Modi and cheating the nation. The truth is Indian Media is the worst media in the world.

It is the ignorance of the masses that is the strength of the corrupts. People voted like idiots and they are suffering for it .

On the other hand in the Delhi Assembly Elections people who were frustrated of Modi voted for AAP and it has done tremendous work in its 100 days against tremendous resistance from the corrupts including the Lieutenant Governer who has recently tried overtake the Delhi Government making a mockery of the Constitution.
